Umm, I returned one item and the refund came through fast. It was a simple process, no hassle...

My order did show up when it was supposed to, so I’ll give them that. I was actually in a good mood when it arrived because I’d just made coffee and was planning to do a little skincare reset, which is maybe too much information, but anyway. The box looked kind of crushed, and one of the products was just loose inside with hardly any padding around it. Nothing fully spilled or leaked, thankfully, but it didn’t exactly feel safe or carefully packed, especially for skincare. For the price, I expected it to be packed a lot better

I liked how smooth this feels when you put it on, but it definitely takes a while to sink in. It’s not bad, just not as quick-absorbing as I hoped. I mentioned that before and felt like nobody really read what I said, but overall it’s still okay.

The jar ended up being smaller than I expected, and it kind of felt like that detail was just brushed off. Still, for the price, it’s not a bad deal.

I tried a couple things from The Better Skin Co and I did like them, but I don’t know why the prices feel so high for what you actually get. The jars aren’t that big, and if you’re trying to buy more than one product it adds up quickly. I’m fine spending money on skincare when it really feels worth it, but this just felt a little overpriced to me. I’d probably only buy again if there was a really good sale

The products are fine, nothing amazing, but the customer service was pathetic. I emailed them and somehow it took days to get a reply, and when they finally answered, it was barely useful. Not the worst experience ever, but support felt kind of clueless and it was just annoying to deal with.

I really wanted to like this because I’m usually willing to pay more for skincare if it actually works, but this just didn’t do it for my dry skin. My face still felt tight after using it, which is basically the main thing I was hoping it would fix. Maybe it works better for someone with normal or oily skin, but for me, it wasn’t worth the price...

Not gonna lie, my skin actually looks younger. Those annoying little lines on my face look way softer now, which is damn impressive.

I do like this overall, but I’ve noticed the texture isn’t always the same between jars. It’s not even about that being a huge problem, because the product still works fine for me, but the consistency can vary enough that I notice it when I open a new one...

I used this for a few weeks i just didn’t see much change!!! My skin pretty much felt the same, maybe even a little dry here and there!!! I was really hoping it would help with my texture, but nope, nothing noticeable!!! For the price, I definitely expected better results!!! I wouldn’t buy it again!!!

I think it smells really nice—soft and gentle, not overpowering at all. For me, it’s just the right amount of fragrance...
